I’ve purchased several pairs of glasses here and have always been pleased with the service and care provided. Yesterday I went in after accidentally stepping on my glasses and Elyse was able to completely repair them while I waited. Such exceptional customer service!!

I dropped by Target Optical to have my glasses adjusted. I did not buy them from Target but Lesa, the optician, was gracious and willing to help. She quickly and expertly examined my glasses and made adjustments until they were perfect. While there a very loud rude customer came in and was very disruptive. Lesa quietly and nicely spoke with the man and asked he have a seat or visit the Target store, that she would be with him in just a little while. He became very angry and cursed her. He left with his family. Lesa was very professional even though quite shaken by the whole incident. She finished the adjustments and did not charge me for this even when I insisted. She stated that's what they do. Lesa was very kind and gracious. They have my business! Thank you, Lesa!

Had a great experience ordering from Target Optical, especially when compared to Lenscrafters. Lisa was exceptional in helping us find the right pair and even went the extra mile to check our orders when they came in. She found an error and fixed it for us without a hassle! Very pleased and will come back again.
