Today, I visited the Target Optical at Otay Lakes Rd. I was directed there by my husband and daughter, who had both had great experiences. I was happy to find out that they were not exaggerating their experiences. I had the pleasure of working with Alejandro in the selection of my frames and lenses. He was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was able to offer suggestions based on my answers to a few simple questions he asked. He also was not pushy with his suggestions, which I really appreciated. I left with a pair of prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses and was very satisfied with my purchase. I felt that Alejandro listened to my concerns and was able to give me what I needed, without sacrificing what I wanted (comfort and style). I will recommend this optical store to anyone and everyone I know. Hands down, it was a great experience.
