Truly, there is no better place to go for glasses and contacts. Paula is a shining light to how amazing this optical center truly is. When I first met Paula I saw the vigor and true greatness when she tackled my optical issue head on! The system wouldn’t allow for a warranty exchange which I paid for, but Paula not being shy to a challenge - took it on. She went thoroughly through the system, saw I indeed paid for the warranty and rectified the situation immaculately. Target Optical was amazing! We finally received a diagnosis from Dr. Leo after years of testing at other facilities, then Target optical employees helped her pick glasses and explained the whole process to her. They were so patient and kind, and very informative. She’s so excited to be able to see!
