If this helps one person stay away then I’ve done my part! I’ve been going here for years. My most recent experience was awful. I recently went on workers comp and lost my insurance. I paid for my exam out of pocket. Having trouble covering my contacts I had to order them through target optical online. The lady running the office was convinced I hadn’t been there in 6 months, after pleading with the lady that it was only 2 months, she realized she was wrong. But instead of helping, she absolutely went out of her way to make sure I didn’t get help I needed. For years it has been a pleasant experience. Though the doc is great, absolutely do not correct the lady, or try to go without insurance, you will be met with uncaring, heartless service. 2 stars because the doctor is great.

It was so easy to get glasses ordered for my daughter! I was worried about how long it would take, whether the person we would get would be knowledgeable, but everything went smoothly! With a picky 11 year old, picking anything can be a chore. The store manager I believe was who helped us, and we could not have had a better experience! We were told clear pricing options, explained our insurance benefits completely, and from the time we chose our frames to when we paid was a very reasonable amount of time!

Even though store was busy employees were very pleasant. Matt was so helpful filling a prescription I had. Based on my experience my husband has made an appt for an eye exam and glasses. Highly recommend!
