Awesome staff ! The environment is serine it was quiet clean inviting. Follow up before the appointment and you want for it because they provide great customer service. Dr. are very knowledgeable, friendly great bedside manner.

Terrible office experience,
Unprofessional and snooty
Was kept waiting 45 min and when I complained I was told they needed to verify the VA would pay before I was seen - even though tri west made the appt referral, .. and why not do this before my appointment, or at the time it was booked or anything other than keep me waiting wasting my time while making me feel second class using VA healthcare coverage(?)
Type of care received was a full eye exam and the quality of the exam by the OPT was good but I would not recommend this business.
