Do NOT go here, worst rip off, absolutely NO help when you need it after you spend $$$!!! I went back for an adjustment just three weeks after picking up the glasses, I was informed in unwavering terms my problem is not covered. Not only that but I was also informed, in a roundabout way that the problem was the measurement which the sales person is responsible for. But I had initially told the sales person of a neck tilt I have in case it affected anything. It does, it affects the measurement, and this is precisely what was wrong with my glasses. The sales person had to consult with her supervisor to learn this while I waited and then blamed me for not understanding the concept of measuring for eyeglasses. Why would i? If she had listened to me in the beginning ALL of this would have been avoided. But even WORSE than ALL of this, the sales person was EXTREMELY unreasonable, and UNWILLING to help and tried to confuse me with the jargon of that field!!! I repeatedly said that I don't understand the jargon please explain but she wouldn't. It was frustrating and maddening. And the sales person still gets paid for this kind of ABYSMAL service and I am out $$$.
