After being diagnosed with Diabetes, my primary care doctor set up an appointment to have my eyes checked. I was able to get an appointment immediately, and I only waited a few minutes before being called back. Everything was quick and easy, and the staff were all very kind.

Super easy to make an appointment. Love the new Powell location. Dr Lowrance is very kind and personable.

Came early for a 3:00 appointment for an exam, it's 4:21 and still waiting for the doctor... 4:29... We have a 5:00 meeting that will take a half hour to get to.
