My 98 year old dad loves Dr. Barnes, so much so that despite moving 1-1/2 hours north he made a special request to me to drive him there. He has been seen there over many years.

Great place and easy building access to get to. The staff is lovely and understanding. Dr. Barnes is professional and works with you on what type of glasses you want! Lots of styles to choose from compared to other places. I would 100% recommend!

Terrible customer service, prescription needed to be redone by the professionals at Ketchum and filled by Laguna Eye Care who were fabulous.

This Eye doctor Terra Barnes is very deceptive while trying to upsell the most expensive eye glass frames to people who cannot afford them. She also tries to endorse beauty products, health machines,vitamins etc while her main goal is to show you affordable eye glasses. Although she is probably not breaking the law i find this to be too much for someone just simply looking for a pair of affordable reading glasses. I would NOT recommend this this Dr. Stear clear you have been warned.

Most unprofessional experience! She is an angry person with an attitude. She refused to give my my prescription for glasses.

Took almost two full weeks for my prescription to be emailed to me after my exam.

Just a note This doctor does not like to do reflections It’s not her thing This is my experience with this office I don’t think I will be returning

Dr. Barnes does not rush the exam because her emphasis is on quality eye care. She also has specialty frames like Flying Eyes Optics and Flying Eyes Sunglasses.

She also helps you find the perfect pair of glasses from a great selection of styles. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable.
