Staff members were very nice. However, I will have to think twice before returning. As a patient we are asked to arrive early for check in so we can complete paperwork and any other pre-exam items out of respect for the busy schedule of the doctor. But when I had to wait 35min to start the pre-exam and only 5min with the doctor I myself felt disrespected. Our time is just as must of a priority as theirs.

They provide quality care. Very pleasant staff. However, be prepared for long wait times. My most recent appointment was at 10:30 am. I arrived on time and left at 11:55. 25 minutes of that time was in the waiting room and another 25 was waiting for the doctor in the exam room. No explanation or apology was made. And this is not unusual. Poor patient management.

Great service. Dr Goodrich always takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns pertaining to the health of my eyes and preventive measures to ensure my vision remains effective as I age. Texan Eye is the choice for me and my family.
