Our first visit and the staff was professional and very understanding with my concerns for my child. Dr.Bulan treated my daughter with kindness and in a professional manner answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to my daughter. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to Texas Eye Institute for very many years, seeing two different doctors in all that time. I have been pleased with the quality of care given. If you want to go only to one of their offices, be sure to make your appointment well ahead of time. The staff are friendly and usually the wait is not long. Having an optical store in the same facility is convenient, though they’re not necessarily cheap.

If it were just for the doctors and the staff that does the testing I would give a 5 star review. The manager (lady with short blonde hair) is also awesome. She is always polite and friendly. The checkout lady can be short at times. The girl in the front (receptionist) is awful! No manners! She needs to learn to greet people and watch her butt face. I know misery loves company but no thank you! Her attitude makes me want to find a new eye doctor. She is always short and moody and gets surprised when people match her energy. The receptionist sets the tone and it makes the visits start with negativity.
