My husband and I both have seen Dr. Carter for a number of years and feel Dr. Carter is very personable and caring. On this last visit and others, we have been called back in a timely manner. Dr. Carter and staff are very thorough and skilled in their part of the testing. You can’t go wrong choosing Dr. Carter as your ophthalmologist- he is extraordinary!

All the staff were friendly and helpful and willing to take time and answer questions that I had since I was a New Patient and my first time at this facility. Dr. Carter was thorough, friendly, and concerned about my vision and eye care, as well as my overall health and well-being. I had an excellent eye care provider for several years, was not looking forward to making a change, but had to do that when my former Doctor retired. I would definitely recommend Dr. Carter and his staff to anyone needing excellent eye care!
