Husband sees Dr Fish and has excellent care, as well as the staff. However the wait time is ridiculous, we have waited at least 2-3 hours every visit. Sure wish they could fix that!

Dr. Solly is the best! He save my husband's eyes!

Everyone there is really nice and friendly. I've seen Dr. Diaz and last time I was there she went above and beyond by looking up a case study related to my condition and printing it out for me ahead of time. I felt like she really cared and took the time to help me. When I had some unexpected concerns they also got me in quickly and gave me some peace of mind. Highly recommend this place for excellent care.

I have been a patient of Texas Retina for over 2 years at both Grapevine and Wichita Falls. They are the some of the best physicians and office staff i have had the pleasure of seeing. They saved my eye, keeping me from going blind.

Professional Friendly

Very nice facility! Doctors and staff kept me informed with every step and testing that was being performed. I would highly recommend bring seen at Texas Retina Associates.

All of the staff are excellent , facilities are very pleasing, Dr. Diaz is very caring and awesome I drive 5 hours to get my eye injections. I highly recommend Texas Retina Associates.

Exelent staff and treatment, the doctors were both supportive and patient. The only real quibble i have is appointments alwayse take more than an hour after the scheduled time to actually get in

Ridiculously long wait times. My grandmother has had multiple appointments where she has waited for more than three hours. I don’t know if they are over booking or just wasting time with patients and taking too long, but the wait has been absurd. We called and left a formal complaint with the Dallas office. Hopefully policies or standards will change. Only positive thing is that staff was nice.

I see Dr Solley on regular basis for 2 separate issues. While a doctor is never a joy I am always thankful we now have an office here in town so I don't have to go to the Dallas office. The staff is always pleasant and professional And Dr Wayne Solley is not only a great doctor but a kind caring man. TY TXA...ANNETTE SATRE

I was completely satisfied with the service from EVERYONE at TRA! From reception to all of the medical staff and Dr McAdams, I felt very comfortable and important there! Great, great service!

Was called a few months ago and scheduled an appointment with someone - no issues with that call. I get an automated email stating a different date and time and called to confirm what I was told. I couldn't even log in since they had my birthday incorrect. When I stated I took off for the date I was previously advised, I was told, "well can you not just come in this week?" And that the doctor I was supposed to seeing only comes to Wichita Falls "as a courtesy for the patients." The woman I spoke to today was condescending and did not understand my frustrations. I have cancelled my appointment and will go elsewhere.
