We've been seeing Dr. Butler since before my son started kindergarten and he's about to go into fourth grade. This is the one doctor my son has never been anxious to go to. A year or so ago they stopped accepting our insurance, but I have no problem paying out of pocket for my son to see someone he's comfortable with. The team is always great, helpful, and knowledgeable to our needs. I couldn't be happier!! If you're in the market for a new place, this should be it!

I was really sad to have to leave Dr. Butler, I think he's a fantastic doctor, but his front desk staff is really hard to work with. I needed my dry eye drops prescription refilled two months before my annual visit. My pharmacist and I called several times and every time they said they would ask the doctor and get back to me but nobody ever called me back. After several weeks of trying one person told me that he was too busy with back to school eye glasses to be able to help me. Super disappointing.

I've been seeing Dr Butler since I moved to the area in 2012. Dr Butler is/was the first optometrist to spend umpteen countless hours getting me into multi focal contact lenses that were comfortable. I can't tell you how patient, helpful, willing, and hard working he was to get me there and I love them! Been wearing contacts for many years now. Without his relentless patience and determined attitude, I would have given up as I did in all the previous years with different doctors. He's a terrific doctor and it's always like visiting with old friends when I have an appointment. I've moved kind of out of the area but drive back to round Rock to see him. I won't be switching. Make the appointment, you won't be sorry!
