Went to Dr. Fingold for the first time with my husband and our 2 kids and I was so pleased with the experience! He was extremely thorough with our exams. Taking the kids to eye appointments tends to be stressful for me, BUT the staff here was so patient and helpful with them that I was able to relax. Picking glasses for the 4 of us was a breeze with Diana's help. All my questions were answered and I was well informed about our allowances through insurance. I really appreciated the way Diana explained and wrote out how much I'd pay for each of the different glasses I was considering. We've had to go for some adjustments for my kids, and they placed priority on ensuring the glasses were comfortable and snug, that the legs weren't loose, and the lenses were cleaned EVERY time. Thank y'all so much for caring about our eye health!!!

BEWARE the up charge. go in knowing what you want and make sure they understand. I came in for glasses and only glasses. The doctor said we’re going give me the contact lens fit as well and used my insurance allowance ($150) toward the contact exam I never even asked for. came in next day and was told i have to pay more and cannot use my allowance towards my fames since they already used it for my contacts. They that error admitted it and still did nothing but tell me i have to pay more. crooks

The office is clean and everyone is friendly. The doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to make adjustments to the prescription he gave me and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied.
