I would rate this location -5 stars. Staff members in this location are the worst so disappointing. My family has been coming to this location for 5+ years but not anymore. I dont recommend this TSO in Aldinewestfield, save your money, time & sanity

There was minimal wait time. Dr. Akhtar was GREAT! he really cares about his patients and he answers every question thoroughly while using pictures or models for you to get a clearer view of what may be going on with your eyes. and the staff was simply amazing, from the moment I walked in the facility, the girls had smiles on their faces and they were very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I really felt like this TSO treats you like family. This TSO will definitely be my go to, for my eye care every year. Thanks for making my appointment stress free and enjoyable. See you all soon.

Had such a great experience with Dr. Akhtar and his amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Specifically wanted to shout out to Dr. Akhtar as he is the kindest, most informative, and caring eye specialist out there. He is so informative and takes the time to really listen to the concerns or questions of his patients. As well, the office is clean and orderly and ran well by the ladies up front. Would recommend this place to anyone I know :)
