Not recommended. I got an eye exam at 6 on weekday afternoon. That went fine. I had to come back in a couple days later as my eye exam was right at closing time. I returned on a Saturday about 2:50 pm. Was told it would be a few minutes as they were waiting on a couple of other customers. Once they finished and the customers left, the entire store staff disappeared and I was left sitting alone in an empty store. I sat there for 10 minutes after the customers had left. No one approached me or acknowledged me in any way. Finally left, but decided to come back in and speak with the store manager. The only thing she said was, “I’ll talk with them”. No attempt to get me help in getting my glasses ordered or offer to remedy the situation. I was polite when I came in and even though I complained how I was ignored, I was polite in that exchange as well. I was prepared to spend $1k on three pairs of glasses and this was how I was treated.

Update to my previous review. The store staff reached out to apologize for my initial experience. They worked hard to make things right and I was pleased with the outcome. I appreciated the time and care they took with helping both myself and my wife with our eyeglass selection. I recommend this store to anyone looking for either an exam and or eyeglasses. Nice job. I had such a great experience at the TSO Rayford location. Yolanda is an angel and so amazing at her job, she really makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. I left with a smile on my face and can’t wait to return to get my glasses in a week or so. Whole staff is friendly, attentive, and the place is pretty & clean. Thank you Yolanda for being so knowledgeable, personable and kind it’s people like you that make a difference in peoples life’s for the better.
