Hi everyone, I am not the type to usually leave reviews, but todays the front end customer service staff at Loop 323 Tyler tx TSO scarred me and will not be coming back to this place. About 2 weeks ago I went in for an eye exam at TSO on Broadway, (staff was great, and the Dr’s are very nice and knowledgeable, no complaints on that.) I ended up purchasing a $300 set of glasses that I really liked, glasses came in and I had my wife pick them up as I was unable too, I did know that I was going to need some adjustments to the back of the ear part which I would take care of later I thought. Well today I was near TSO on Loop 323 I stopped by and went in to get this fixed, I was greeted by a new staff member which I explained the situation etc. I was told to wait in the waiting area, which I didn’t mind at all, later a very thin Caucasian lady advised the new staff member to tell me that they will not be doing any adjustments to my $300 glasses ( again purchased at TSO!) , to tell me for me to go back to where I bought them, even if I wouldn’t purchased them there , they do have a sign stating that they would “GLADLY”make any adjustments for glasses , although to be mindful that If they break them they would not be responsible, it’s understandable. Well they refused to do so. They refused to service my $300 glasses. I demanded a explanation, and repeatedly said I purchased them at TSO on Broadway, well the thin Caucasian lady got on her tippytoes and got all in my face very hostile and moving her hands like she was going to do something, and kept repeating that both TSO’s were not the same company, that I needed to go back to the other office and get it fixed, at this point i was very angry and told them to take off their F* sign off, as they are not honoring and standing behind their product as they advertised. Later the manager Tina finally came out and stated the same thing. I left very angry, and disappointed, this treatment should not be allowed in a business. I have never had problems at the TSO at Broadway. Dr’s/Management, please be mindful that it does not matter how great one office is, if the rest of the offices are trash, it will bring your business and name down. One rotten apple will rotten the whole sack, I hope you guys take in consideration the reviews , and I wish nothing but good to your business, i hope it reaches its full potential as the Dr are very good indeed. The staff ignored my daughter and I when we walked in and kept talking amongst themselves . The young lady doing the eye test was pleasant. I informed the doctor of the staff rudeness and he didn’t seem to care. our glasses came and we never received a call or text. I wish I had known before that I could request my prescription and take my business elsewhere. By law they are suppose to provide with your prescription and you don’t have to get your glasses from them. I will not be returning to that store.

The doctor and appointment was great first time there as was optical service. However I have called multiple times for glasses and no one has ever returned my calls. When I went down in person they said they were short staffed. If that is the case remove the answering option since it is a waste of time. Personally I would rather them say that you must come down for service we do not return or answer calls.
