I’ve had a few appointments here.. the wait time is always ridiculous. Office staff have no idea what they are doing and getting a call back from anyone here is a joke. Do not recommend.

Avoid this place like the plague. This place has some of the WORST customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Harry was seemingly polite but the woman that answers the phone is terrible. I would not ever patronize this place for any reason again. They say they are short staffed, well it is no surprise because if they treat their employees like they treat their customers I wouldn't ever recommend anyone work there. Do yourself a favor and patronize one of the many local eye places that value your business and treat you with respect.
