All of the staff were great. I was called almost instantly, as long as you fill out your forms before your appointment via text. From the desk ėreceptionist to the Ophthalmologist we're professional and respectful. I couldn't be happier.

The staff is awesome and the dr. Shows understanding and empathy for patients. She is very thorough and takes her time to explain to the patient what's going on and how to correct. And even scheduling appointments with specialist. Her staff is awesome as well very friendly environment.

TSO Cypresswood has the best customer service!! The staff is Professional, Personable. Dr Faz is very knowledgeable and she cares for her clients. Vari Rocks at her job!
