If I could solely base this on the medical team, I would give 5 stars! Dr. Stockwell has some of the bedside manners I have seen in healthcare. Overall such a great person, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to take his time with you. Unfortunately, I have to say the complete opposite of the receptionists/front desk staff and those taking the calls. There really is no reason to be rude especially when the caller is simply attempting to make an appointment or get clarification. They just always seem to be in a bad mood and are rude the handful of times I have called.

Staff was respectful Dr McCarthy was not and had my wife sitting in a waiting room for 2 hrs walks in says 3 words and leaves. Scheduled apt at 8 now 1130 barely leaving. This was just a PRE OP!!! We were told by 2 nurses that it wasn't even busy. I understand things can drag but every other Dr we have seen at the same facility was respectful informative and prompt. Dr McCarthy was not. Made my wife feel belittled and Disrespected

As stated by someone earlier, Staff was respectful but Dr McCartney had me sitting in a waiting room for almost 2 hrs and I couldn’t even see the doctor as I had another appointment, so had to cancel and leave. I came from out of town to NOT see the doctor. Even asked me to arrive early. How disrespectful to patients. Do NOT recommend.
