I waited entirely too long to be seen, the ladies at the front desk weren’t pleasant at all. Once I got to the bed the young lady that took me back was nice but then I waited even longer. I called back up there three times to get my test results the first time nobody answered the phone the second time I called they answered the phone left me on hold and never came back when I left messages regarding getting results from my exam, nobody returned my phone call so I had to call back finally today there was a lady that answered the phone when I asked for my results ask me if I wanted to pick them up or have them mailed. Her attitude wasn’t pleasant at all the office is nice, nice equipment and clean the employees all except for the young lady and the dog they were kind. Everybody else made me decide that I don’t wanna go back and be seen there again.

Beautiful, clean building and the front desk greeter did everything with a smile, helping multiple patients, the 2 staff sitting and phones. The actual exam visit had multiple staff interaction and they were all kind and professional. The doctor was great did not feel rushed and he answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Best eye care around, great staff. Everyone is super nice. Heidi goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable
