During her appointment two weeks ago, we waited for an hour and ten minutes before the doctor was available to see us. Today, during her follow-up appointment scheduled for 9:30 a.m., my wife has been waiting for over two hours without any updates or indication of when she will be seen. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but such extensive delays significantly impact our schedules and raise questions about the efficiency of your appointment system. As long-standing patients, we value the care provided by your doctors and staff, but it is crucial that the quality of medical services is accompanied by a respectful and timely patient experience. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. We urgently request an update on the actions being taken to rectify this situation and prevent future occurrences of excessive wait times. It’s a pleasure to make this 20 min drive that’s my second visit and well worth it. I had an extremely bad case of pink eye and I was so happy I came to Dr. Vijay Khetpal where I was referred from the ER. It was like he was holding my hand through the entire process. I would highly recommend this team. They will be taking care of me in the future for cataract surgery when needed.
