I found the front staff to be accommodating and courteous. Dr. Cole was considerate and informative regarding my eye condition changes. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had to reschedule my appointment for personal reasons twice and they were very nice about it and made it so easy to do. I love that I can run over on my lunch break rather than having to hire a babysitter. I was waited less than 3 minutes before starting the exam. The doctor and staff were very pleasant and friendly. They sent me home with two different brands of contacts to try out for 2 weeks before I had to make a decision about what I wanted. I thought that was very nice and helpful because I didn't particularly care for the first brand they suggested.

I'd give them 0 stars if that was an option. They are listed on my vision insurance as a preferred provider. I made an appointment on-line, listing my insurance. They had my contact into because their auto reminder system reached me to confirm the appointment. The first thing they told me when I walked in for the appointment was that they aren't set up to take my insurance yet. Why wouldn't they give me the courtesy of letting me know that before I took off work and drove over there? Very annoying, and of course I did not and will not get my exam there.

My appointment with Dr. Smith and his staff at The Eye Care Clinic next door to Lenscrafters in the West Town Mall could not have been better. They were all so professional in their dealings with me; Dr. Smith took time to explain the pictures he had taken of the back of my eye which was most interesting. Dr. Smith and his office staff gave me a very thorough examination and because they have very up to date equipment with which to work, the time flew by. It seemed like the shortest and most complete exam I've ever had and I was quite pleased.

Everyone was wonderful to me and so helpful when I couldn't make my mind up about a certain test. Christa Cole was very helpful and so nice to me. This is my second visit and I am very pleased and will definitely go back again. They were all very professional and I really enjoyed my visit..

Hate it Don't trust these people specially Cristina front desk !! she hide information from customers !! not an honest person she will do anything to save her ass and make you think its your fault, very disappointed of this people!! any person in Mac Donalds will do a better job than them.

I had a great experience with Dr. Steven Smith and his staff! I was sitting in the wrong place in the mall and when Dr. Smith's staff called to let me I was 15 minutes "late" for my appointment, I hurried down to their office. Dr. Smith's staff was so sweet!They worked me in and took great care of me. I would DEFINTELY recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful staff! They took me in early and sharpened up my prescription. They were very professional and did a thorough job. Highly, highly recommended!

I have been going to Dr. Smith for almost 30 years. He is a great Optometrist and his staff is excellent. My eyes are very hard to diagnose and he is one of the few that I trust. I have great confidence in his judgement.

This place used to be great because it used to be about taking care of the patient. It has changed; the priority now is the almighty bottom line. I have retina problems, and therefore see a retina specialist for dilated exams twice a year. My retina specialist does not do refractions (glasses and contacts prescriptions.) I used to come to the eye care clinic and get my refract and buy my contacts from them etc. They no longer do this. Unless I get a full dilated exam from them (pretty sure I don't need THREE a year--especially from someone with years less training then my vitreo-retina specialist) they won't give me a prescription. Poor service. Only cares about the $ now. Go somewhere else.
