I had to reschedule my appointment for personal reasons twice and they were very nice about it and made it so easy to do. I love that I can run over on my lunch break rather than having to hire a babysitter. I was waited less than 3 minutes before starting the exam. The doctor and staff were very pleasant and friendly. They sent me home with two different brands of contacts to try out for 2 weeks before I had to make a decision about what I wanted. I thought that was very nice and helpful because I didn't particularly care for the first brand they suggested.

Dr. Smith and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the flexibility of hours. My husband's exam started within a few minutes of arrival. He said the he feels Dr. Smith and staff provided him with a good exam. My husband liked the clinic and has said he will return here next time for his exam.

My appointment with Dr. Smith and his staff at The Eye Care Clinic next door to Lenscrafters in the West Town Mall could not have been better. They were all so professional in their dealings with me; Dr. Smith took time to explain the pictures he had taken of the back of my eye which was most interesting. Dr. Smith and his office staff gave me a very thorough examination and because they have very up to date equipment with which to work, the time flew by. It seemed like the shortest and most complete exam I've ever had and I was quite pleased.
