Have to say the prescription they gave me is the best I have experienced in my life! Feels like I am seeing the world with fresh eyes. The staff and dr were wonderful, accomodating, and fun. Overall a good experience.

The BEST customer service and (more importantly) top-notch medical care. I was miserable on 6/5/23 because I felt like I had something in my eye, but when I called 3 optometry clinics, I was repeatedly told to go to Urgent Care because no appointments were available. Whitney at The Eye Care Team was exceptionally kind, and she found an opening for me in the schedule. On 6/6/23, Dr. Kellogg quickly located and removed the piece of metal (with rust!) in my eyeball, and I immediately felt 1000% better. I will return to and recommend The Eye Care Team in a heartbeat!

Dr. Atkar and Dr. Evans were great. Our family loved them and have nothing but great things to say about the actual doctors themselves. Our problem was with front desk person. Specifically the middle aged blonde with long hair. Rude. So rude. So so arrogant. Very unpleasant. As well as the man that was “helping” my wife look for glasses. We decided not to buy any frames in office bc of him. Unfortunately, we will not be back because of the customer service.
