Centrally located off I-95. Covered parking and close to office. Staff was very efficient and assisted with the filling of forms as I was a new patient. I was promptly called for the initial eye tests in preparation for the Doctor’s appointment. Dr Siv was very professional and quickly and thoroughly re-checked my eyes, cornea, etc. I was very pleased with the visit and definitely recommend this practice.

I recently accompanied my mother to an appointment at this eye center, arriving more than 30 minutes early. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Andrea, was not welcoming or helpful. She appeared to be dismissive and indifferent to our needs. To address this, I reached out to the center's management to provide feedback on our experience. However, their response was disappointing, as they did not seem to take our concerns seriously or apologize for the poor customer service. As a result, I would not recommend this eye center to others, as their customer service does not meet the standards of professionalism and courtesy that patients deserve. It is no surprise that the center has received negative reviews from other customers.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and then waited over an hour to be seen by a doctor. The staff was nice enough but I don't understand why I was scheduled for a time that seems like it was not available. I will never be coming back.
