Dr. Walent is wonderful to work with and is an excellent eye care provider. He listens and responds to every concern. I don’t usually care much for corporate eye centers, but Dr. Walent has made me very comfortable with his personable and unrushed manner. The front desk attendants are also very friendly and efficient.

Every member of the staff I met at The Eye Center in Wilmington was friendly and professional. The eye exam itself was amazing. The tests were much more advanced than the ones I had had done only 3 months earlier at a different Optometrist Business. The eye doctor who examined my eyes was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He talked to me like I was a valued patient, which was very much appreciated.

Not my first visit here but certainly the scariest. This was not a routine eye exam for me but rather a medical issue. I did not expect going into my appointment that I would be leaving and having surgery on my eye the same day. Dr. Strange was AMAZING as was the rest of the team. It was late on a Friday, the surgery center wasn't answering their phone, Dr Strange and the techs tried szeveral different routes to ensure I was taken care of. I am grateful for them taking the time and being so supportive. So thankful for his thouroughness and patience ( I was panicked fror sure) to explain the issue, what to expect, and his reassurances that everything would be ok!
