Thorough. Friendly. Prompt. Patient. Dr Lackman is the best. I’ve gone there for years. Same receptionist for years. Then the next one was very good, as well. Since Lackman referred me to Haines, for cataract surgery, I haven’t had the need to go back. Not sure who the receptionist is now, but Lackman treats them well as the turnover is very infrequent.

If you have anxiety about eye exams or sensory sensitivity, this is an amazing place to go. Becky scheduled my appointment and was so compassionate and understanding when I explained why I had been putting this off for so long. She reassured me that the doctor was very kind and gentle, and he was. The doctor was great. And Danielle was incredible. She made me feel comfortable even though I was really, really nervous. She could also tell when something was confusing and went out of her way to make sure I understood the diagnosis. I'm so grateful I found this place. You guys are amazing.
