I've been bouncing around from eye Dr and office to another for a number of years now. I finally found home with Dr Ward and the entire staff at the Eye Center South. Everyone was genuinely friendly and very helpful. No fake smiles that turn upside down as soon as they turn away. Dr Ward was very pleasant and thorough. Took time with thorough explanations. Overall you are left feeling like they genuinely care. Office and all exam rooms are exceedingly neat and clean and well organized. My experience there was a breath of fresh air in this world where everyone seems to be overworked and in a rush with little genuine care. Thank you Dr Ward and staff

The doctor assisting me had so much trouble getting my prescription right. I was moved back into the testing room about four times before he got it right. He was acting frustrated instead of caring and understanding. It was almost like he just wanted me gone. Then, the retail experience to purchase glasses or contacts from them felt cold and calculated, like mass market. Paying premium is just not justified by the experience, I will never return nor recommend it to my friends and family. I gave it a two start because the facilities were beautiful and well kept.

I have been going to the Eye Center for years. Everyone that works there is courteous & friendly. They do such a great job. Dr. Ward is the best. He takes such good care of his patients. Love this place!
