Excellent care team. Great experience as a new patient. Scheduling and check in were easy. Kate was very pleasant and professional and Dr. Wilkins was wonderful. I didn't feel rushed, my exam went well and all my questions answered.

Excellent appointment. From the front desk, to the staff & especially Dr. Wilkins. He made me feel so comfortable & cared for. I truly enjoyed my visit. I'll definitely be back next year!

The assistant was great when intaking me asking through questions. However, Dr. Wilkins was not very professional in my opinion. He was mentioning how the hospital next door was a disaster and that his day was better spent the further away from the hospital he was. I had multiple concerns about my eye health declining in the last few years due to health issues. He basically told me that it happens as you start to age and mentioned I could get some minimal readers for my day to day work. He did my exam briefly and said everything looks “fine.” I had to ask him about my initial concerns as he didn’t touch base on it after the exam. He then said I could thank my mom and dad for my light sensitivity (what?) because of the color of my eyes and that I would be “just fine,” repeatedly.
