Best eye care experience I have ever had. Very thorough with attention to details. I have had experiences at other locations where I wasn’t told what to expect and had drops just placed into my eyes without explanation but Dr. Falk explained everything to me as we went along. Cannot recommend more highly!

This was my first time visiting the office of Dr. Amy Falk. She was pleasant and listened to all my concerns. I had been to a pervious
eye Dr., but it was time to move on. Dr. Falk was right on the mark (bifocals) and I am happy to say that it is amazing what I can now see! The staff and the ophthalmologist were amazing. I highly recommend this office.

This was certainly the best experience I've ever had at an optometrist and probably the best experience I've had in general at any medical office. The front desk were so friendly when I booked my appointment over the phone and again when I arrived on the day. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, though I didn't get to spend a ton of time in there because Dr. Falk was right on time for my appointment. She was incredibly nice, explained everything she was doing and why, and the exam was quick and easy. I'm really glad I chose The Eye Doctor for my new optometrist.
