Dr. Chawla is excellent. The lady who works in the doctors area who did my pre-tests was so nice, professional, caring. When my exam was over I picked out my frames. I was disappointed in the way the order for the lenses was handled. I was not asked if I wanted the "extras" that were tacked on to my bill. No one explained all the options to me so my bill was inflated. Very disappointed and very costly.

My visit was excellent. The two staff members at the desk that assisted me were both very friendly and helpful. The technician (not really sure of her appropriate title) who ran some of the initial tests was very friendly and professional. … More

The staff was courteous, and very professional. They were attentive and I appreciate they were able to explain everything I didn't understand.
