This has been my second time coming to this office for my annual eye exam. I have had great experiences both times. The staff are very friendly and informative. I have never felt uncomfortable and they are always answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I plan on coming back for as long as I live in the area!

The associate at the front desk was very helpful and polite. My insurance was coming up inactive however, while I was getting my exam she ran it again and was able to figure out that it was actually active. She saved me from having to pay out of pocket. The exam room was clean, the doctor amicable,polite and professional. Wait time was minor and everything with ordering glasses was handled promptly.
