I had a pleasant experience with the caring and knowledgeable staff at this location! I was pleased with the quality of care I received and I appreciated how long it took for me to complete the process and still get home before the rain! I wish they had weekend hours to fill glass prescriptions!! Thank you, all!

Excellent staff. I've been having annual exams at the Eye Institute for many years beginning at Godfrey Ave site. CH site is absolutely fantastic. The exam is always completely awesome. I've never felt rushed. Questions answered completely. Clean and well organized environment. Highly recommended.

I arrived @ 8am for emergency, I was told by the staff that they do not offer emergency treatment! I was disappointed after driving 1/2 hour to get there because it clearly indicates it on line and the decal on window as shown in picture Staff gave me a phone number to call for after hour emergencies, and it turned out to be an answer service which indicated that my call will not be returned until the next business day (to is Saturday) So I’m now sitting in a ER waiting to be examined for my eye injury The place -bathroom was very clean organized and front desk staff was professional
