Went for a follow-up visit post cataract surgery. Diverse staff, se hablo Español. Professional staff, friendly, great location, and plenty of parking. Really pleased with my outcomes today at visit. Grateful it is located close to my home.

I found Dr.Roberts following some very challenging experiences at Newsome Eye in Carrollwood, and I feel extremely fortunate that I did! Dr.Roberts provided the most thorough eye health examination I have ever received. I learned that my dry eye treatment had been missing some key components for the past 12 years. After receiving sage advice from Dr.Roberts, I was able to avoid the surgery recommended by Newsome, and my eyes feel the best they have felt in years! I was taken back for both appointments right on time, though that certainly was not my expectation considering the amount of time Dr.Roberts devotes to each visit! I had positive experiences with both lovely front desk ladies, and left feeling very positive about my eye health! Dr.Roberts is a gift!

The Westchase office is such an amazing place! Erica at the front desk is always so kind and super helpful…a true jewel as most front office staff are so unprofessional! Dr. Justina Jacob is my provider and words cannot describe how phenomenal she is. Dr. Jacob is very intelligent, methodical, and truly cares for her patients. Highly recommend and so happy with my care!
