This practice shows a consistent disregard for their patients’ time. Of my last five appointments, four were either rescheduled or reassigned to different providers to accommodate physicians’ personal schedules. Even after adjusting to their changes, I still end up waiting well over an hour past my appointment time. These aren’t routine visits—they’re expensive elective procedures—and yet the level of respect and reliability is shockingly low. Their priority seems to be whatever works best for them, not their patients. I strongly recommend choosing a different practice; there are plenty of options that actually value the people they serve.

I would recommend any of the Doctors they are very knowledgeable and Professional. But they need an answering machine to cancel appointments. I had to cancel my wife’s appointment for a Monday Morning, and she was at urgent care on Saturday afternoon of a holiday with no pharmacy open so she is delayed 1 day because she couldn’t get the meds .

I cannot recommend Eye Institute of W FL enough. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Everyone from reception, to PA's to nurses are wonderful. Special shout-out to Lee, who has always remembered me and shared a funny story with me, even on my second visit ever! But, the real star is Dr. Kirsh. I was referred to him by my beloved optometrist of over 30 years, Dr. David Brill, and I knew right away I was in good hands. Dr. Kirsch has saved my eyesight from diabetic retinopathy, despite my best efforts to thwart him by eating sugar like it's, well, candy! He is honestly just the warmest, sweetest, funniest (in a "dad joke" kinda way) caring and most relatable doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only that, but he is experienced and confident in his expertise. And his fashion sense, LOL. The quality of care I have received at Eye Institute is nothing short of outstanding in every regard. I would emphatically recommend this practice to anyone I care about, and I genuinely hope I never have to go anywhere else for eye care. Dr. Kirsch is NEVER allowed to retire!
