I have nothing but incredible things to say about the ladies that work for this office! When you are there and they are helping with appointments, fitting glasses or providing part of the exam they are excellent to deal! HOWEVER, the actual service here is not the greatest and needs work! It again seems like EVERY time that I have to order a new pair of glasses for either myself or for my sons, it is like pulling teeth to get a call back for an update on WHY it’s taking so long for our glasses to come in!! This type of hassle has happened the last 3 times. I’m initially told 3- 4 weeks as an approximate time frame and then I do not hear anything and start leaving messages on the 5th and 6th week! By the end of the 6th and sometimes into the 7th week, I’ll get a call back apologizing for the delay!! I will usually end up with the glasses by the 8+ week. I continue to go back bcuz of the kindness of the staff when we ARE there and the convenience of having all of our records there already! Here I am on the 6th week or so of not having my sons new glasses and have already left 3 messages in a 9day period! Super disappointed!

Went to get eyes examed. Dr. Martin is very thorough and was outstanding on explaining everything going on. Rachel and Lisa were one of a kind, very friendly and helpful. Great selection of eye frames and for a really reasonable and affordable price. Not only did I order one pair but I got a second one with transitional lens. I received them in two weeks time as well.
