This is the most beautiful experience I’ve ever had at any office from beginning to end. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with great customer service. Dr. McMullen was super awesome as well. When it was time to choose my glasses I had a great experience there as well. Everyone was kind. Great job wearing your masks probably. Not one person wore their mask improperly. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I’d give you all 1000 stars if I could!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment last week and the receptionist told me it was next Wednesday at 2pm. I arranged a babysitter for my son. When I arrived they told me my appointment was not for another month on February 15th. There was no mention of waiting a month to be seen when I asked how soon they could schedule me. So disappointed since this place seemed to have great reviews!

My family has been going here since they were at Copley Circle. NOTHING but the best care. From front desk, to the exam and to my glasses fitting..I can't say enough how we enjoy them all.
