The staff was incredibly rude. I went in to shop for frames and she was irritated when I said I was just shopping around. At the end, I asked if she minded if I took a picture with the frames I did like on so that I could look at them again to decide which frames I wanted and her response was “yeah actually I do mind.” So after I sat there for a few seconds completely stunned by how rude she was, I said “wait..so I can’t get a picture with the frames on?” And without saying a word, she handed them to me in the rudest way possible. So, if you plan on going here, I recommend you buy something or you will be mistreated. I had actually planned to buy the frames that she had but because of her customer service, I went elsewhere. I’m not sure her name but she had short blonde hair. The front receptionist was super awesome and kind though. The frames are also incredibly overpriced. The office is also very Covid restricted. A little too overboard in my opinion. They made me wait outside (literally locked me out) because they’re only allowing 1 customer in the place at once. They also get annoyed if you want to try on more than a couple frames because they’re disinfecting them after each try on. Which is nice but it puts a lot of pressure on you to hurry up and make a decision. Overall, this was an incredibly awful experience and I would 100% deter you away from this place. I never leave reviews but I’ve never been treated that way by someone at a business before. They were also whispering something about me at some point as well so that made me really uncomfortable. Just don’t go here. Support another local optometrist who treats their customers with kindness :)

Used my connections on Facebook to get referrals for my new eyeglasses/eye doctor, these guys popped up several times… Looks like it’s a family operation so I enjoyed that aspect. These guys were rather militant about the precautions during this Covid era and I’m fine with that also… The doctor himself was about as eccentric as they come, he had me perplexed and mystified, baffled, sometimes lost or confused as to what he was saying and where he was going but I was fully surrendered to him as the master (mad scientist) in his element… being long-winded myself, I could relate and eventually what he was saying made sense. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a negative critique but quite the opposite. He was a very intelligent and unique individual that seemed to know his stuff. Everyone else was so insightful and so helpful and tolerant of my own quirks and squirrliness. The frames they recommended are just awesome and after taking a little time to adjust to the new lenses/prescription I look back on the whole experience as a perfect score! I feel like I might have made some new friends in the process and I easily recommend these guys for your Eyecare needs… five stars!

Dr. Webber was VERY THOROUGH. Great shop, great eyeglass selection, wonderful doctor that listened and gave me great advice and options for my eye problems. 100% I will return.
