The doctor took his time with me and seemed to honestly care about my questions and concerns. I never felt pressured into anything. Good experience.

Employees were friendly, Dr was great. My issue is not being able to get anyone to call me back. I ordered glasses yesterday, and have called and emailed today trying to cancel my order, and no one has responded.

First this one star is NOT for Mr. McDaniel. He is a very good and nice doctor. The reason i was willing to drive 40 min to an appointment.....now being said. I called the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment and insurance, etc. The lady that answered the phone told me everything was good. But yet she didn't ask me when my appointment was or my name. She didn't want my name or care. She was more interested in hanging the phone up on me. Add insult later that day, she calls to confirm my appointment. Had she been interested when I first called she would of had all this ...but not the best part an hour before the appointment they cancelled my appointment..
