Hard to contact and receive calls back. Wrong prescription brand and would not return unopened item or refund. Never in office when hours posted on door

I had such a wonderful experience with Gloucester Vision Care. The staff was so friendly and caring. Jessica helped me pick out just the right pair of glasses. She knew the exact frames that would look best and carefully explained all the options available for the glasses. Her enthusiasm and professionalism are top notch. You can tell every staff member here loves what they do! My husband made an appointment and was also very impressed.

This doctor was dressed like a rag doll. Not clean looking at all. And rushed through my eye exam.

The office staff was incredibly helpful there and patient with me picking out new glasses and trying on contacts. I look forward to my follow up 🙂 …
