Came in for an appointment to remove facial stitch at 9.45 and still waiting at 10.20. Unbelievable..

I came for eye exam and Dr. Jeffrey Muhammad was very unprofessional. I would never recommend going to this place for an eye exam. I made a complaint and it fell on deaf ears.

I don’t have insurance, so getting any kind of dental work done is honestly really scary—not just because of the cost, but because you don’t know what to expect. I came in with a very infected wisdom tooth that needed to be removed, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with so much care and respect by everyone. I especially want to thank Dr. Matt and his assistant for being so patient with me and helping me through my anxiety. They made me feel comfortable, listened to me, and took such good care of me throughout the whole process. I truly got the best treatment I could have asked for, and for the first time, I’m not scared to come back. I’m really grateful for the experience and highly recommend this clinic to anyone who might be feeling nervous or unsure.

I had my wisdom tooth removed today by Dr. Jan, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick, smooth, and completely painless. Dr. Jan made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. I truly appreciate how easy and stress-free the whole process was. If you’re looking for a skilled and caring dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Jan!

Had an appointment. They did not bother to call me and let me know the doctor will not be in. I don't drive. I wasted money on transportation without any medical assistance. They should have Called to inform me that the appointment needs to be rescheduled. I don't even want to go back there for the rescheduled appointment

The Eye Care Center in Jersey City on Summit Ave billed over $1,400 to my insurance for a one-time normal eye exam. I called RWJBarnabas billing and they said they do not determine prices and that I have to call my insurance. I called my insurance and they said the doctor determines the prices and I should call the doctor. I call the Eye Care Center, they don't answer and they don't respond to voicemails. $1,400 for an EYE EXAM. This office then sends me an email saying they are grateful for me and how they love their patients and asks for me to share my story of my experience with them. Well that is my story. CRAZY.

This place has the worst front desk lady/receptionist. She is so rude and unprofessional. She should not be working here with the attitude she has! Called in the morning since I was referred to go here from the ER and she told me to come as soon as I can. Then I get an email 5 minutes after the call with an appointment time for 10:30 and where to fill out my information/questionnaires. Came here at 10:15 for her to be rude and tell me she never gave me an appointment and its my fault for not coming as soon as I can because there's a lot of people. Then she starts putting blame on me for coming "late" and that I should've just came at 1pm because supposedly the email I got with the appointment time is incorrect. The ophthalmologist staff on the other hand were very nice and professional. Just sucks that the first person you have to deal with is the rude receptionist/front desk lady which made this whole experience for terrible.

Can’t even make an appointment, they answer then hang up! Not even going to bother I can tell the service is terrible just like the reviews say

I have no insurance and I was recommended this place. It has low rating so I was nervous to go for an oral surgery taking my lower wisdom tooth was partially under the gum and I was in a severe pain. However my experience was great! Receptionists answered the phone on the first call and scheduled me for the next day, Dr. Choi did an outstanding job and removed it in less than 20 minutes. Everything went great and it costed me 5 times less than other clinics would have charge me. Couldn’t believe it’s real. The stress of getting a toothache with no insurance is real and the team helped me to get through it quickly and easily. Thank you!

I went here because something was stuck in my eye! everyone was nice especially the person who helped me I think her name is Lauren she was amazing helping gracefully. The only problem I had was the waiting time. I probably waited 1.2/2 hours to get called in.

Went to see eye doctor, appointment at 9:30 am, arrived on time, didn’t get called until 11:30 am. Have visited three times and always need to spend 1.5 to 2 hours just waiting. I think it is a little bit too long personally.

The worst service in the world. I was waiting for an appointment for more than one month. The day before the day of the appointment, I got a call that they had to reschedule it for another day. On the morning of the day of the new appointment, I got a message with a reminder of the time. However, later, they called me, yelling at me that I had missed my appointment (they just changed the time to 45 minutes earlier without any notification). The receptionist was very rude. I came to the office and was informed that they do not accept my insurance, although when I made the appointment, I was notified to the contrary. They even didn’t apologize. I just wasted one month and didn’t get any medical help. I strongly do not recommend this clinic!

Nothing but people inside that are disrespectful and make you wait really unprofessional.

The facility is always clean. Personnel are always friendly and helpful. And the service is very good. Two thumbs up for me.

I was sent here after being in the ER the doctor told me to come in if I had an issue to have them call her they refused to go get the doctor at the reception.

Place is terrible. Recommend to go here from Jersey City Medical Center hospital and they were unprofessional and couldn’t treat me.

Best dentist

Very unprofessional staff. Always trying to rush patients and appointment with the doctor won’t even last more than 2 minutes after a 2 hour wait time. Doctor wont even introduce their name or tell you what the problem is. Not recommended

The biggest thing that can happen to you is to see your daughter cry with a strong headache and when she visits the hospital after two hours nobody appears to give at least first aid to my daughter. I am outraged at the end I retired from the hospital without Nobody will touch my daughter. I think I would not take my daughter to that place again.
