The staff Whitney and Brandy were very patient and kind and made sure all the directions for the surgery and post op were clear! 10000/10 would definitely recommend. Went to the LASIKs vision institute on 8/28/23. The staff at the Metairie site were outstanding and very knowledgeable. My associate that helped me was Brandi, she was awesome from start to finish explaining the whole process along the way and what I should expect. So much positive energy made you feel as if you were home. The doctor was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and all around what i was hoping for. I had the procedure done on 8/31/23. Only a few days after my initial appointment! I was nervous on the day of surgery but the whole staff was there to help and made me feel as comfortable as you can be. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking to get rid of those glasses or contacts!
