The best dang decision I've ever made was coming here. My wife and I had it on the same day and we got our eyes fixed. I now have better eye site than when I went in 20/15 like a hawk. Love it And great customer care. I recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was all very kind and efficient. They made sure multiple times to make sure I was a good candidate for Lasik and that they were getting my prescription correct. I had my actual Lasik Procedure done 5 days ago and I can already see perfect. My vision was corrected to 20-15. 10/10 recommend these guy’s to anyone.

Overcharged me by more than $300. I literally have the receipt of what I was supposed to be charged, but my card was charged far more. It has been 4 months of me trying to resolve this issue, with constant lies by Jeremy. Including the used car salesman trick of telling me I could opt out of the "optional" $1000 insurance, then AN HOUR BEFORE MY PROCEDURE while I was already at the clinic and had already taken time off work, I'm told the insurance is mandatory. Then after the $1000 extra I wasn't expecting to pay, but still made the decision to. My card was charged more than $300 the agreed upon amount. Supposedly he called the credit card company to fix the issue. But it's been 4 months and every time I call the credit card company they say they have yet to be contacted. Another extremely unprofessional practice is how Jeremy (who doesn't have a medical degree) is the one to go over possible complications and concerns with the patients. I'm well aware of the potential complications of corrective eye surgery and I don't appreciate being told there's "essentially no risks" by someone who's not doctor. In addition, they repeatedly mixed up my name with other patients and what surgery I was getting throughout the process. I wouldn't have even left this review if I wasn't stolen from but this is ridiculous, you would expect to be treated better after paying just under $4000 for an elective procedure.
