So, after GUILTING me to DEATH and even shedding a few tears. The owner of The look Eye Care Called me basically upset at my review of her business. So I took down my original review but after thinking about it I feel like I shouldn’t have taken it down. It was my opinion of her business and that’s just business you gotta take the good with the bad the bitter with the sweet. I don’t feel like she should have contacted me like that. Now initially my review was only about the eyeglass case but now it’s about the cost of running a business In today’s world you gotta be tough and as people of color ya know we gotta be tougher, work harder , do more to fit in with the competition this we already know. I don’t regret my first review and I believe I have the right in today’s world to post my opinion of my experiences at any establishment. So in conclusion like I said in my first review I’ve had negative experiences with blk owned companies that’s just my truth no matter what state I had the dealings in. I didn’t have a so-called bad experience at The looks Eye care but I was displeased with a certain thing involving this company. I’m rooting for all blk owned companies long as I get what I pay for and it’s of quality and up to my level of expectation businesses should be able to take criticism you won’t be able to please everyone. That’s it and that’s all.

If I could give her 0 stars I would she does not know the insurance policies and I waited 2 months and still no glasses I took my prescription elsewhere

I actually hate to do this I’ve never left a review for any place but to me the service I’ve received is unacceptable. I will start by saying the dr is nice exam wasnt bad. But I can’t get anyone to call me back or answer the phone. Then when i do get ahold of someone they tell me they can’t hear me will call right back that was 2 hours ago. I don’t feel like i should be having to chase around when glasses will arrive. I also feel like if you say you’re open online then someone should be able to reach a person. The process of getting my glasses and now my son that needs them have been pleasant. This is my third year and it’s this way when it comes to receiving my glasses every time.

I've been waiting 24 days and still no glasses, very unprofessional and possibly fraud, I'll give them until Monday and then my insurance company and the detective will handle this for me
