Great shop. Great service. Chelsea runs a good operation. I've had a couple of one in a million, weird issues with some lenses (no fault of the shop) and she has provided above-and-beyond service to keep me seeing clearly, and fashionably. Highly recommended.

I walked in off the street with my frames and one shaft in one hand and the other shaft in the other hand. I asked the young woman behind the counter if she could fix this. Five minutes later she handed me my glasses fully repaired and fitting better than when they were brand new. She was highly competent and customer friendly. I had just come from a national firm in Longmont who just shrugged their shoulders when I asked if the could fix my problem. The Optical Centre is now No. 1 on my list!!!

Highly recommend! Only reason 4/5 is because I had to pay out of pocket for something I didn't ask for but they did it anyway and didn't tell me it wasn't covered by insurance kind of irritated by that, should let people know. However (NOTE: This was a different place but comparing to this one) my son and I went to an incompetent eye doctor who kept contradicting herself "he has an astigmatism it will correct itself come back if it gets worse or in a year" one year later went back same thing "it got a little worse but it will correct itself you don't need to worry until he has a lazy eye" he's had one since he was 2 and he's 5. They then Told me directly after it was nothing to worry about and totally contradicted themselces there. so I looked and found optical centre needless to say very attentive, patient, and kind. He gets his glasses next week. I recommend them.
