All the staff were super kind & helpful! Very friendly! Dr. Fran not so much. He had a sour attitude & was rude the moment he walked in to start my appointment. I had never been here before so according by his behavior towards me, it didn’t appear he wanted me back. I wish I would’ve used the other location that my insurance had suggested. Now I know what to do for next time.

Felt rushed through the eye exam itself and through me trying to find glasses, he was going to fast and not giving me enough time to see which one seemed more clear to me, because he would go to fast so I didn’t have a chance to even try to fully see the screen to make sure I could see good. I feel like I’m going to get the wrong prescription for my glasses will not be coming back here. The girls who help with the glasses need to be more friendly and no make it seem like it’s a bother for them to be helping you. Also the doctor didn’t even tell me his name so I couldn’t tell you who I seen. 0/5
