Since moving to Florida, I've gotten my glasses at The Optical Shop. The staff is wonderful! Unfailingly enthusiastic and helpful, while also being refreshingly human and funny. Everyone is highly trained and skilled, as well, and there is a wide range of frames to choose from. In fact, I love my new glasses and have gotten many compliments! I recommend The Optical Shop--and its marvelous staff. :)

I saw Dr. Kuplicki. He did an awesome job. I was wearing contacts that were overcorrecting one eye. He found the problem and fixed it. Now I can see far and near with my contacts without having to use readers. He was patient, nice and competent. The staff were super kind and helpful. Very friendly. I will continue to come to this establishment. Great service.

I lost my glasses earlier today and had an extra set of back up frames that I needed updated lenses put in, so I went to “the optic shop” in Tampa but they were unable to cut my lenses because of a technical difficulty with their etching machine. So they sent me to their St. Pete location with my frames and the uncut lenses and I confused this place with “The Optic Shop”. I walked in and Amanda greeted me and was very confused when I told her the situation but she never told me that they were not affiliated with “the optic shop”. Yet, she said that she would get right on it. After she handed me my glasses with the lenses cut and installed. She told me that they were not affiliated and she just went ahead and did it for me. I offered her some cash for my mix up which she denied. Amanda is truly a wonderful person!
