My experiences at Plano Eye Care have been nothing but wonderful! I had a semi crisis last year at the office with one of my children and they were so kind and checked on him the next day. I went in yesterday and they asked about him which was so thoughtful! The staff is truly the best of the best. I took about an hour and a half picking out glasses after my appointment and I was helped by the lovely Patricia. She had amazing taste and hand selected styles that she thought would look good on me and I ended up getting a pair she picked. She was so kind and patient, and I really enjoyed being helped by her. The staff goes above and beyond and you’re in good hands at this office.

I somewhat randomly picked Plano Eye Care Center because I needed a new eye doctor and it was close to my office. I was hoping for a good experience, but I had a great experience. The office was clean, organized and professional. The staff were smiling and courteous. I had a bit of an extended wait once in the room but staff kept me updated so I didn't feel forgotten. Dr. Khoja was really fantastic. I work with physicians all day everyday as part of my job, and she was really above par. Clearly communicated what she was evaluating, checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, great eye contact, asked me several times what else she could do for me and ensured she understood what the goal of my visit was before proceeding with the exam. Patricia helped me pick out some super posh eyeglass frames and was to the point and efficient in explaining the costs and options. It was just an eye doctor visit, but they full exceeded my expectations.

Dr Khoja was amazing! I have several eye isses, from different eye corrections; both near and far sight needing to be addressed and dry eye! At the end of a very long day she took all the time I needed to help me. She explained everything that I had been told before - but now I understand! AND if all that wasn’t enough - I drove for the first night in years without fear because I could see perfectly! I could NOT recommend her more highly! She is kind, smart and a consummate professional. From now on, I will be taking all my family members to her!!!
