So glad I chose Dr. Weichel and the Retina Group of Washington! He provided a thorough explanation of everything we discussed, and immediately sent my results to my other doctors. Phenomenal bedside manner, and extremely pleasant support staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Well the office remodeling is finished. They can take in more patients than ever before. The waiting times are also longer now which is not good if you're the patient. Still only two doctors at this location that I'm aware of. The doctor seemed quite Rushed during our visit time which just sort of rubs me in a bad way. I realize that the doctor has other patients to see but I'm a patient also. You will wait in line (or) while sitting a total of 5 times to complete your visit here! They even have YOU bring paperwork to the front desk when the appointment is over to “check out”! the staff changes often so you can’t really establish any relationship with them… they probably wont be there when you return.

This is the best place to get excellent eye care. The staff is respectful, caring, kind, and really take good care of you. I had to follow-up on an eye condition and was very concerned that something maybe wrong, when I called Washington Retina Eye Group, Annapolis, MD I spoke to a gentleman and he asked me what concerns that I had, and placed me a brief hold and spoke to one of the consultants and informed me what I needed to do. I apologize if I incorrectly spell his name and his name was Kyri. So a couple of days passed, and I was still concerned and was experiencing some problems and wanted to check on my eye condition. I contacted Washington Retina Eye Group and spoke to Christie, and immediately I was scheduled an appointment that same day. Excellent Staff!!Doctor Eric Weichel is absolutely wonderful and explains the best choice of care and listens and answer any questions that you may have. I would recommend Dr Weichel to my family, friends, colleagues, etc. Because Dr Weichel is very thorough and actually care about his patients. If I could rate Dr Weichel, I would give him one million stars literally. Dr Eric Weichel is the best!!
