I love the Retina Partners. The staff is courteous and professional. You can ask questions and do not feel rushed. I always can ask for my typed report of my visit and it is ready within a couple of minutes without hesitation. My eyes are grateful for the care I receive. I have been a customer/patient of The Retina Partners for just over a year (as of this writing). I came to this practice after being victimized by another Thousand Oaks practice. One retina was detached (again), I was upset, scared and worried. From the very beginning, the front office staff took care of getting me in ASAP and the doctor I was assigned is AMAZING! We eventually brought my elderly father in law to be seen and the ENTIRE staff was caring and emphatic. I personally have also recommended someone else to this same practice/ doctor. My special situation also required that I see another doctor to do cataract surgery. My doctor made a recommendation and personally communicated with the other doctor. These people care!
